MEET RYAN & SILVIA
What did you like about working with Andy? What I appreciated about Andy’s way of working was that he put a lot of thought, care and attention into getting to know us, as individuals and as a couple--before suggesting some examples to us. There’s was a lot of back and forth where questions could be raised and pictures could be shared to inspire each other. It made the whole process so enjoyable, easy and organic. Because of this I ended up feeling that he played a big part in the entire wedding, even though I still haven’t met him in person to give him a big Thank You hug!
How was the process of deciding on rings made easier by working with Andy? He was keen to hear our stories, our preferences, our ideas to make sure the designs were right but also offered great input so his own creative talent is very much present in our pieces. I’m so thankful for that balance because it was also important to me that he felt excited to put his own touch on the pieces. I was very drawn to some of his smooth, cool and simple lines from his earlier work and liked that he also suggested things that made my pieces stand out a little more. I also appreciated that he made sure we were completely happy with our pieces once they showed up, in case some adjustments were necessary, and that was comforting because you're making such a big decision with engagement rings and wedding bands.
What do you love about your pieces? I love that I feel like they’re unique and personal to my style. They suit my character wonderfully but most importantly, they were created from a wonderful mashup of input from Andy, my husband and I. I see a little bit of all three of us in them and it’s a beautiful daily reminder. I also like that the pieces were made to work on their own (with one ring on each hand) but they also work perfectly together. Right now, I keep them together. They just fit into each other in such an elegant way. I don’t own anything more beautiful.
