Returns and exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for up to two weeks after items are received.  After one month, all returns & exchanges need to be approved. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized items.

We gladly make repairs on all ANDY LIF Jewelry for life. We pride ourselves on lasting craftsmanship. If you feel something is amiss upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. For all repairs inquiries, please email 

We reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. 

International orders

Prices on this site do not include international taxes and tariffs. The customer is responsible for paying taxes and tariffs on the declared value of international orders. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the us. 

Jewelry Care

Fine jewelry loves to be well cared for. You can clean your jewelry with a drop or two of liquid soap and a soft toothbrush. For all gemstones and pave pieces we advise you to have them maintained by a professional jeweler at least once a year.
